Frequently Asked Questions

  • The short answer? Almost anyone. A good candidate for NLP coaching is simply someone with a goal, a dream, or a desire to grow. This work is for the person navigating a career transition, the one rebuilding their confidence, the one who feels stuck but can't quite name why, and the one who is already doing well but knows they're capable of more. NLP coaching isn't reserved for people in crisis or those who have it all figured out — it's for anyone who is open, willing, and ready to invest in themselves.

  • Therapy and coaching are both valuable, but they serve different purposes. Simply put, therapy looks back and coaching looks forward. Therapy is a clinical practice focused on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, often exploring the past to understand the present. NLP coaching meets you where you are and focuses on where you're going, giving you the clarity, tools, and support to get there.

  • Session frequency is flexible and entirely up to you. Most clients find that meeting weekly or bi-weekly keeps the momentum going, but we'll figure out a rhythm that fits your goals and your life.
